We ship from Melbourne and use Australia Post for all our deliveries. As such, Delivery Methods, Times, and Shipping Costs have been based on the information provided by Australia Post.

Handling Time

Most express shipping orders placed by 10AM AEST, Monday to Friday, will usually ship the same day, excluding public holidays. Whenever possible we will get orders placed later in the day out the same day as well.

Most standard shipping orders will ship within two business days.

Keep in mind that we can only ship orders during business days and not during weekends and public holidays.

Please allow extra time when placing orders during the busy periods, such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Christmas and Boxing Day and public holidays. We are based in Victoria and follow the state’s public holiday calendar.

We always endeavour to process the orders as fast as possible, but the processing times can vary depending on the volumes of orders we are processing at the time. If you need an order urgently it is best to contact us directly, to confirm that we can meet your expectations.

Shipping Costs

The standard shipping cost depends on where the order is being shipped to.

The standard shipping cost is $9.99 for orders going to CAPITAL areas*, $14.99 for METRO areas* and $19.99 for REMOTE regions*.

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $119.00 going to CAPITAL and METRO areas, while there is unfortunately no free shipping for orders going to REMOTE regions***.

Certain bulky or heavy products may also be excluded from the standard shipping terms. Those products will be marked as such and may incur additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

If you would like to receive your order sooner, you may select Express Shipping and the cost will be calculated at checkout, based on the size and/or weight of your order and the destination.

Standard delivery orders are mostly delivered on weekdays by Australia Post. Orders are typically delivered within 1-6 business days to most locations within Australia, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer to deliver, depending on your local post (additional 2-4 business days). This delivery time frame is subject to changes depending on current circumstances.

Express Shipping

If you would like to receive your order sooner, you may select Express Shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days to most locations within Australia. Rural and remote areas may take longer to deliver, depending on your local post (additional 2-4 business days). This delivery time frame is subject to changes depending on circumstances.

At checkout the Express Shipping will become available after you enter a valid shipping address (in case it does not try refreshing the page). The final shipping cost will be calculated depending on the size and/or weight of the order and the destination.

KEEP IN MIND THAT NEITHER AUSTRALIA POST NOR US CAN MAKE ANY GUARANTEES REGARDING DELIVERY TIMES FRAMES. We can only offer estimates based normal transit times, while the actual delivery times frames are up to Australia post.

Tracking your order

After your order has been placed and we have processed it, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. You can use the tracking number to track your orders here.

We will notify you when:

  • We have received your order (via order confirmation email)
  • We have despatched your order for delivery (via order completion email)

Once your order is with Australia Post, you should get updates directly from them.

We will not be held accountable for any parcels that might miss delivery deadlines or be delivered late, should the courier fail to deliver the parcel and the parcel has been taken back to the depot.

If your order is returned to us because of incorrect address or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. You must ensure that your address is correct. If you are not in at the point of delivery and the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, the parcel could well be waiting for you at the local post for pick up. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the time frame given by Australia Post.

Changing your order

Once you have checked out an order, unfortunately you will be unable to cancel, change, or update the details of that order.

If you have made a mistake, you may contact us via phone within minutes of placing the order and we are going to do what we can to assist you, however, this is not guaranteed. You may also send us an email via our Contact us form if we cannot provide you with assistance over the phone.

In the event that we are unable to cancel or modify your order, the products will be delivered to the address specified on the order confirmation. Once you have received your order, you may lodge a return claim. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order delays

You might receive an email from Customer Support regarding delays if:

  • The billing address provided does not match the address on the credit card.
  • The shipping address provided cannot be confirmed.
  • The shipping address provided is a PO Box or locked parcel.

Additional factors causing delays could be:

  • The order was placed after 2PM AEST on a weekday (Monday – Friday).
  • The order was placed on a weekend (Saturday – Sunday) or a public holiday.
  • The order is a bulk order that requires additional processing time for shipment.
  • The item is out-of-stock, which means we will need more time to order the item from our supplier. See our Terms & Conditions.
  • You may have ordered custom or personalised items which require additional processing time and will have to be shipped separately from any standard merchandise ordered.

International Shipping

At this point, we do not offer international shipping as a standard service, but please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you if possible.

In-Store Pickup

I Love This Shop does not offer collections of online orders directly from our shop locations. You are however most welcome to visit our shops in person where you can find most of the products found online and many more that we only sell in stores.

Helium Tanks are only available for hire at all of our shop locations. Please enquire with the I Love This Shop near you.
