Handling Time

Most orders placed by 3PM AEST, Monday to Friday, will usually ship the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3PM AEST, Monday to Friday, and orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, will ship the next business day.

Please allow extra time during the busy periods, such as Halloween, Christmas and New Year and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

The standard shipping costs $9.99 (for orders 3kg and under). Bulky or heavy orders over 3kg may incur additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $89.00 (for orders 3kg and under). Bulky or heavy orders over 3kg may incur additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

If you would like to receive your order sooner, you may select Express Shipping and the cost will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Standard delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by Australia Post. Orders are typically delivered within 1-6 business days to most locations within Australia, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer to deliver, depending on your local post (additional 2-4 business days). This delivery time frame is subject to changes depending on circumstances.

Express Shipping

If you would like to receive your order sooner, you may select Express Shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days to most locations within Australia. Rural and remote areas may take longer to deliver, depending on your local post (additional 2-4 business days). This delivery time frame is subject to changes depending on circumstances.

At checkout you can see if your order is eligible for Express Shipping. If it is, the final shipping cost will be calculated depending on the size and/or weight of the order and the destination.

Tracking your order

After your order has been placed and we have processed it, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. You can use the tracking number to track your orders here.

We will notify you when:

  • We have received your order
  • We have despatched your order for delivery
  • We have been notified by Australia Post that your parcel has been delivered

We will not be held accountable for any parcels that might miss delivery deadlines or be delivered late should the courier fail to deliver the parcel and the parcel has been taken back to the depot.

If your order is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. You must ensure that your address is correct. If you are not in at the point of delivery, the parcel could well be waiting for you at the local post for pick up.

Changing your order

Once you have checked out an order, unfortunately you will be unable to cancel, change, or update the details of that order.

If you have made a mistake, you may contact us via phone within minutes of placing the order and we are going to do what we can to assist you, however, this is not guaranteed. You may also send us an email via our Contact us form if we cannot provide you with assistance over the phone.

In the event that we are unable to cancel or modify your order, the products will be delivered to the address specified on the order confirmation. Once you have received your order, you may lodge a return claim. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order delays

You might receive an email from Customer Support regarding delays if:

  • The billing address provided does not match the address on the credit card.
  • The shipping address provided cannot be confirmed.
  • The shipping address provided is a PO Box or locked parcel.

Additional factors causing delays could be:

  • The order was placed after 3PM AEST on a weekday (Monday – Friday).
  • The order was placed on a weekend (Saturday – Sunday) or a public holiday.
  • The order is a bulk order that requires additional processing time for shipment.
  • The item is out-of-stock, which means we will need more time to order the item from our supplier. See our Terms & Conditions.

  • You may have ordered custom or personalised items which require additional processing time and will have to be shipped separately from any standard merchandise ordered.
International Shipping

At this point, we do not offer international shipping as a standard service, but please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you if possible.

In-Store Pickup

I Love This Shop does not offer collections of online orders directly from our shop locations. You are however most welcome to visit our shops in person where you can find most of the products found online and many more that we only sell in stores.

Helium Tanks are only available for hire at all of our shop locations. Please enquire with the I Love This Shop near you.
