Ingredients for Velvet Cookies:
- 1000g Vizyon Velvet Cake Mix (Red, Orange, Black and Purple)
- 300g Butter (Softened)
- 100g Eggs

Let’s make them:
Step 1:
Combine the Vizyon Velvet Cake Mix, butter and eggs in a mixing bowl.
Step2:
For the Velvet Cookies knead the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes, until the mix becomes dough-like.
Step 3:
Place small dough balls onto a lightly oiled cake sheet with enough space between each ball to spread when baking.
Step 4:
Bake them in a convection oven at 165°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
