Vizyon Milk Toffee Filling Cream is a ready and easy to use milk toffee sauce that can be used for filling, flavouring and decoration purposes. Containing a higher milk and caramel content it provides diversification of use within pastry products.
Whip as a cream itself to use for cream layers or topping. The sauce can also be used for filling purposes in cakes, pastries or even chocolates.
When used as for cake sauces, pastry creams and whipped creams we recommend mixing a quantity of around 10% to 20% through your cream. This will then create a parfait with the milk toffee flavour to apply to your desserts, cakes or cookies.
The Milk Toffee Filling cream can be gently heated to provide a more liquid toffee sauce. Alternatively, as a ready made sauce it can be used straight from the pail without any pre-treatment required. It is not recommended to use in products that will be going through the baking process, but can be applied post-bake for decoration and flavour.
The variety of uses and applications can include;

Use for flavouring within the middle layers of cakes
