Macarons are delicious and charming, but their preparation is one of the more demanding recipes. But don’t worry! Here is a simple recipe for making them with the help of a ready-made macaron cake mix that will definitely make your job easier.

Equipment:
- Mixer
- Oven
- Macaron Mat
- Mixing Bowl
- Baking Paper
- Piping Bags
- Piping Tips
Ingredients for making macarons:
- 500 g Macaron Cake Mix
- 100 ml Water
- Food Colouring (optional)
- Ganache or Buttercream
Let the party begin:
- Step: Pour 100 ml of water into the mixing bowl.
- Step: Add the desired amount of Food Colouring and 500g of Macaron Cake Mix.
- Step: With a flat beater mix everything together for 5 minutes at high speed.
- Step: Then stop the mixer and let it rest for 1 minute.
- Step: Transfer the mixture to macaron mat lined with Baking Paper using a piping bag. The size of the piping tip should be about 3.5 centimeters.
- Step: After pipping, the macarons will flatten a bit and become larger in the end. IMPORTANT: Do not hit the tray after pipping. Otherwise, this will release the air and prevent it from rising properly.
- Step: Place the empty baking sheet in the oven, turning it upside down, and then place the mould with the piped macarons on top.
- Step: Bake for 16-18 minutes at 125-130 °C.
- Step: Remove the baked macarons from the oven and let them cool.
- Step: Fill the macarons with your desired ganache or buttercream.
