WE ARE MOVING & ARE

CURRENTLY NOT FULFILLING ORDERS!

Our lease is ending and we are moving our operation. While we'll do our best to minimise the disruption of the fulfilment process, WE WON'T BE FULFILLING ANY ORDERS FOR A WEEK, between Monday, 3rd of February and Monday, 10th of February.

We'll be sending out orders placed before Monday the 3rd over the coming days and once we resume fulfillment all other orders and send them out in the order we received them (while prioritising express orders).

END OF LEASE MOVE - FAQ

When is the move happening?

We'll be starting the move on Monday, 3rd of February and aim to fully resume fulfilment on Monday, 10th of February.

When will my order be sent?

We are hopeful we'll be operational in a matter of days, but WE WON'T BE FULFILLING ANY ORDERS during the move. Once we resume fulfilment we'll process the orders in the order they came in.

What about express orders?

While WE WON'T BE DISPATCHING ANY ORDERS DURING THE MOVE, once we resume fulfilment, we'll be prioritising express orders over all other, as normal.

Does this affect the retail stores?

No, the move has no impact on the brick & mortar stores, only the online store. Please check with your local shop directly if you have any further questions.

Why are you moving?

Since our lease is coming to an end we are taking the opportunity to move to a location better suited for our growing operation, so that we are able accommodate our ever-growing range.

Where are you moving to?

We are staying in Melbourne, but are moving to the other side of the city, to Moorabbin.
