8in Mondo Pro Hemisphere Cake Pan

Wanted this for a sphere cake, thought this would be easier than carving from scratch. Somehow, this was worse. I greased tin and lined as per you tube suggestions for lining spherical tins. The paper struggled to stick to the tin. I poured in the mixture and the paper moved to the middle of the cake/cake cooked around the lining. Any tiny section that did not have paper (or where the paper moved) the cake stuck to it, despite it being greased. Large chunks of the cake broke. It may well be me, I admit - this is first time I've tried a sphere tin. But honestly, I wouldn't do this again. Unless you know some special trick, I would just stack layers and carve. Wouldn't use again.
